I needed a room that was comfortable and economical with parking that was quiet and spacious while having to visit the hospital everyday. Walking easy and great cafes nearby . An excellent place

Great location. Beautiful room. Let down by food quality of dinner and breakfast. In addition, they constantly ran out of bowls, cups and cutlery at breakfast. The food side of things needs some attention as the accomodation side of things is great.

Wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly. Easy to find parking. The room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There should be a better menu for room service, with more options. Also the tea leaves area good idea but when you have to wait for the tea to seep to drink it and then do it all over again for the second person it’s not worth it.

The venue with its enormous character and in particular the integration of the Old with the New allowing one to relax immediately on entering the breakfast room casting away any worries to start the day and last but not least the proximity to the Heart of the City allowing guests to stroll through the streets of Launceston attending the Markets during the weekend restaurants and general shopping during the day!

I had sent 2 messages regarding breakfast at the cottage without reply. Cottage was very roomy, great beds too

Apartment maybe 20 years old needs a bit renovation. Staffs are all friendly. Location is great next to river. Downstairs restaurants are great.
