The ac was broken in some rooms as we're the mini fridges. The electric outlets, some worked and some of the lighting was not functional. The couch in the room looked 50 years old and stained.

Doing construction during the course of our 2 day stay. Super loud super annoying. Wish we would have known she’s of time would have e stayed somewhere else. But the room was pretty nice

Very convenient if going to a Cavaliers or Monsters game.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful at check in & the room was very clean & we would recommend this hotel as a place to stay if visiting the Cleveland area.

The check in staff barely spoke to me, but was quick and convenient. Room was nice, but the temperature was temperamental. I was disappointed to see the hot tub was down and most of the lounge chairs needed repair. Overall was a nice place and I would stay again. The staff was quick in responding when we had an issue.
