If you need to go to Mexico City. Recommend this hotel. Amazing and very beautiful roof view. It’s an attraction itself. When I come back to Mexico !!! Will only book with them. Thanks for an amazing stay !!!

Close to everything in nice area. Would definitely be back. Only one recommendation get air to living room area. A/C unit works well but it’s in the bedroom. Roof top area is really nice to hang out. Happy hour was excellent.

Great location!

The hotel was well located, nice to have small kitchen, there was filtered water, roof top bar was great. Staff super helpful. The property is not a hotel but all Air B&B rooms. Early check-in is not available but they will store your luggage.

If you value your sleep stay somewhere else

The room is completely bright at 7 am impossible to sleep further. Plus the windows are not sound proof and the hotel is right at a busy intersection with a bus corridor. Photo of the room at 7 am with all the blinds closed.

Great views but noisy

Customer service, communication, and staff were great. Decently clean, but my room was not as clean as the pictures show. Room layout itself was excellent with amazing views and private balcony. Main issue was that my room, even though on 9th floor, was extremely loud. Constant honking all hours of day except for a few hours overnight. Blinds were also broken in my room, blocking the view.

I liked the area for walkability. Ease of getting around to nearby places. I didn’t like that it was so loud since it is off of a Main Street and it never gets quiet. We stayed on the 10th floor and you can hear everything. Windows closed and still you can hear everything. The staff aren’t friendly and check in. Cleaning crew though were fantastic and very amicable. Our air conditioner in the living room never worked and after asking the second day about someone coming to fix it, the response was “sure, I’ll send someone next morning at 9am” which never occurred. So our living room was useless space which we would have liked to use.

We really enjoyed staying at Uliv Mexico City. It was centrally located to many shops, restaurants and tourist sites. The rooftop had great views and the staff were very helpful.

Ok. The people Who work at the desk are awesome and nice. The property is clean, spacious and no issues about it. My complain was about shower - if I took more than 10 minutes the water got cold. Also shower head is not movable,so showering was hard for me, specially water. Removal system was not fast enough. So I will end up standing in the water. You have to wait three four minutes after shower - for water to be drained down. No room service! They have to be available- you have to tell them upfront a day before. But in my case room service did not come twice- and last day- after 4 nights they finally came! I liked the feel of apartment, rooftop has a bar with great open views. Everything else was clean. And street noise can last till 4-5 am. So, for sure take a noise canceling something. Location just can’t be better:) overall I liked it!

This hotel is centrally located. Everything is in walking distance, eateries, massage spas, grocery store, clothing stores, pharmacy, galleries, bars, cafes etc. Also the hotel staff provides the best service. They are consistently welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay. Room is spacious and modern. Fantastic view of the city, especially at night. The city is very safe, even to walk at night to go grab food. Safe hotel entry with keypad. I extended my stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.
