McFarland Vacation Packages

My card for my room didn’t work when we arrived and then we get in the room and beds were not clean the sheets had yellow stains all over them which makes me think the room wasn’t even cleaned before arrival. Will definitely not be booking here again

Room was very nice, clean, great view. Dinner and breakfast in the Stateroom were both very good. Service was a little slow; it seemed they may be understaffed in the restaurant. The Friday night music was cancelled, I believe for community support after a tragic event in the city. We would have appreciated informational materials in the room regarding instructions for the television, hotel restaurant menus, area attractions. Some hotel info was available online. The man at check-in was a little on the snooty side but the staff person who came to fix the tv was professional, prompt, and persistent in solving the problem.

Great roof top bar and food

The room was spotless and it was nice to relax with the fireplace. Also enjoyed saving money by buying and cooking our own meals.

Rooms need updating and better care

The room was real clean & comfortable. Note the room was warm & stuffy when you first walk in. It must have a smart thermostat. It cooled right away. I wished we had time to visit the hot tub. I try to pick a hotel with a hot tub. The breakfast had good variety of choices.

I always stay at the Concourse when in Madison. One of the best in the area. Staff was friendly and the hotel is right in the heart of the city.
