We were disappointed in this Motel. The room was dirty. You could tell it had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs on the floor. There was Fritos half eaten in a drawer. There were mouse turds in a dresser drawer. There was used Kleenex under the bathroom vanity. The ice machine and the elevator was out of working order, pubic hairs in the bathtub. No extra toilet paper. The bathroom floors were sticky. the outside door, The latch was broken, so there’s no security. The furniture was dirty. There were fingerprints on the doors and windows and on the dresser tops. the conditioner that was supplied on the wall in the shower was empty. the driveway to get into the parking lot had huge holes in it. The breakfast was so so. The sausages were burnt. The receptionist was very nice when we checked in. But when we left and checked out, they didn’t even ask how was our stay? They were in need of people to clean the rooms because it was posted on the door. We would never stay there again.

The hotel was quiet and relaxing! Most staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Good options for great, walkable restaurants. Easy and quick to get to Madison.

Rooms are always clean and the bed was very comfortable. The couches in the room need need upgrading. That was my only room suggestion. The common areas are nicely laid out, staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe having a continental breakfast included with the room would be nice. I did run out each morning and bring back coffee and food. I have been staying here for a number of years and have never been disappointed.

Staff had me contact Expedia to ask Expedia to give the hotel my payment information. I’ve never had this happen and we were on our way to check in. They wouldn’t let us check in until they got the information from Expedia
