Muy comodo y lujoso, la piscina muy bonita solo que demasiado profunda para mi estatura de 1.60 pude haber disfrutado mas si hubiera sido menos profunda, el restaurante afuera del hotel muy rico y buenos precios, la atencion de Azul y Fabiola excelente, habitacion muy amplia

This property needs more updated A/C for the entire place and this whole property needs to be updated. The food was excellent.

This was our first-ever trip outside the USA and our first all-inclusive resort experience as a family, and overall, we had a wonderful time!Our family butler, Josue, was fantastic. He made all our dinner reservations from our pre-stay wish list and arranged my spa visit. He also went above and beyond to make our 5-year-old’s first trip to Mexico memorable by gifting him beach toys, a rash guard, water cup, backpack, hat, and the cutest “Family Boss” robe and slippers!The food was very good, with La Adelita being our favorite. The Mexican cuisine was incredible, and the view was beautiful!Carlos at the Family Selection pool was outstanding. He took great care of us every day, keeping our drinks full and making sure we always had snacks.We loved that only Family Selection guests could access that area, while still being able to enjoy the entire resort.A few things could be improved: our AC stopped working, resulting in a 3 a.m. room/building change. We also wish there had been clearer directions around the property, as a printed map may have been easier than the slow, less user-friendly resort app. More bottled water throughout the resort would also have been appreciated.Overall, we had a great trip and truly enjoyed Josue, Isaias (who helped while Josue was away), and Carlos at the pool! They helped make our stay special!

This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for an adult only all inclusive that is not going to break the bank, one set back is that it does not have direct access to the beach, you have to go through the Crystal which is next door. Another set back I noticed is that the Hotel seems to be quite understaffed around the pools and restaurants, specially since the place was quite full since they're converting it to a Time Share.
