Really enjoyed my stay here. Had an issue with the thermostat and they came up immediately to help me. They checked on us everyday to make sure that out stay was enjoyable! Will be coming back while visiting CLT.

This was by far one of the worst places we’ve stayed. The place reeked of weed and what smelled like mold in our room. Carpet was tore up, beds felt like sleeping on the ground, horrible breakfast and not very friendly staff.
