There were visible bloodstains on the carpet. The room was dirty and nothing was dusted or cleaned. The carpets throughout the entire building were stained and dirty. The building is old and run down. I was scheduled to stay for three nights but checked out after the first night because I felt unsafe. The reached out the the manager Terell via email regarding my concerns as he was unavailable via phone and he has yet to respond. Completely unprofessional and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Hotel was clean the staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were wore and dated, but acceptable, beds were good and comfortable, breakfast was limited. The water pressure was great shower caulk was moldy. The parking lot and entery road was in ruff shape with pot holes.Its close to the airport. For the price and location it was perfect.

It wasn’t nothing like the pictures. Looks like an horrible area. My plans were to park my car there before my trip and I did not do so! There was a roach in the bathroom.

Great staff. Room not so great. Wet carpet. Refrigerator leaking water. Drain Gnats everywhere. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean but needs new shower handle.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, especially Jeremy who checked me out and shuttled me to the airport before dawn (airport is only 5 mins away). The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, and the water pressure in the shower is awesome. The in-room microwave, fridge, and coffee maker are a bonus.

Check in was good. The room looked ok when we got there. After the first night I saw what looked like a roach crawling on the TV area. After the second night I saw bed bugs on the back board. My son got bit a few times and is now very itchy. We checked out after that.

The hotel over all was not clean. Dirty/stained carpet with most areas appearing to not have been vacuumed in quite awhile. The pillows felt like someone cut up a bunch of foam rubber and stuffed them in a bag. The breakfast was poorly run. Eggs kept running out, only white bead, if something ran out it wasn't replaced. Butter kept in the fridge, so it was to hard to use. I was in the dining room for almost 30 minutes and the staff member never once looked to see if anything needed replacing. Guest had to keep going into the kitchen to request things. It was also difficult to communicate with her as she did not speak english nor seemed to know her job description. At one point she carried a large bucket with the contents covered making sure no one could see what she was carrying and returned 10 minutes later without the bucket. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
