WE loved the location of this property. It was very close to a beautiful beach that had a parking lot where no entry fee was required. The unit was clean but VERY tired looking inside. There were large bleach spots on our clean, colored towels, Out of date everything... and.... a TV on a roller wheel cart! The TV was the size of my travel suitcase!!!! The rocking chair that was closest to the TV was covered with a granny quilt and it was so low to the ground that it was difficult to get in and out of. WE never even sat on the sofa for the same reason. The AC unit that was in the wall of the main living area was VERY small. There is NO way that it would have cooled off the entire unit ( including bedrooms). Luckily there was always a delightful breeze that flowed thru the entire unit. There were new BQ grills placed outside every unit.... a nice plus. With a major interior update, this could be our "go to" spot on PEI. It it remains as it now is, we will give it a pass.

This resort is amazing! It’s in such a beautiful location, with wonderful views and excellent amenities. We absolutely loved our dinner at Fluke. The gorgeous grounds, stunning scenery, and overall atmosphere make it well worth the stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Try clean and recently renovated

Great spot, all the comforts of home and only a few minutes to walk to the beach!

The owners were great, very accommodating. The accomodatiins were sufficient and well located. The property itself is tired and the grounds were not very well maintained. Given the level of the property I felt it was over priced.
