We absolutely loved our stay at the Lazy Parrot! From the exceptional staff to the breathtaking views, this hotel was a wonderful experience. Our room was incredibly spacious, with an abundance of storage, including a large closet and drawers throughout. Best of all, we had a private balcony overlooking both the mountains and the ocean. The views were simply spectacular! The property was beautifully maintained, and we constantly noticed staff cleaning and caring for the premises. Their attention to cleanliness and the overall guest experience really stood out. Free parking and an on-site restaurant were added conveniences. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that the pool bar was closed due to staffing shortages, and the Jacuzzi water never got hot. Both were minor disappointments compared to everything else the hotel had to offer. Overall, a fantastic experience with exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and comfortable accommodations. We would absolutely stay here again! Special shout out to Gabriella, at the front desk, She was so nice and full of information.

Very nice. Got confused on how to get to the hotel but once I figured it out everything went well. Nice hotel for the price

Definitely staying here the next time I’m in Puerto Rico. Loved it ! It’s right in the middle of soooo much to do.

For a quick trip the property is ideal for its location. The artwork throughout made the place. During our stay we did not have “hot” water, it was slightly warm at best but we didn’t mind since the temps were in high 80s. My only concern was the high humidity in the unit even with the AC on but again it wasn’t a problem since we spent a lot of time out and about. These lil things were not enough concern to bring to management. Bedroom bathroom is a bit tight so I’m happy the 1st level bathroom was roomy. The noise was outside normal for an active touristy area. Lastly I’m a cat person so the cat interactions in the area were a bonus!

The home itself is absolutely stunning but the road to the villa is not just narrow, it's washed out in many places, we struggled to navigate the potholes even with a jeep and an SUV, I would not drive it at night. There are great amenities like the fridge and bathroom downstairs, the coffee / cocktail bar is fabulous. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic spices and supplies but it was crawling with roaches. Wifi is spotty so be sure to have the guidebook downloaded and screenshots of the phone number to call because the phone number posted throughout the villa is not functioning. Even in August the combination of ACs, fans, and breezes kept the temprature very comfortable. Excellent pool, though very little shallow area, if you're traveling with kids or weaker swimmers.

The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL
