It’s a ok place for a few days visit. Some of the gym equipment broken so you won’t be able to use..

The room blankets needed upgrading, the mattresses were not comfortable, feel aged. So was the furnishings. There was this whistling from the hall air and room air traveling through the bottom of the door, being it wasn't well sealed, all night there was this wind whistling sound, it kept me up. I discovered our last morning there , that if I placed a towel in the bottom of the door, the Air could not travel through and the sound stopped. I wish I would had discovered this sooner. All in all the hotel convention center was very nice, and great service in the restaurant. Rooms do need updating.

This is a nice place to stay when visiting Lubbock. The rooms are fine and the complimentary breakfast is convenient

We stay there often and it is always clean and really nice staff

Room clean. Just a little rusty around tub spout. Also chairs could use cleaning on arms

Very disappointed. The trashcans outside the main doors of the property were overflowing with trash on the ground. Our room as very hot and the wi-fi didn't work.
