Wonderful greeting from the staff. Prompt service all around. Very great location to local restaurants and shops.

Really great place to stay. Perfect location close to trains, restaurants and vibrant neighborhoods. Nice, spacious apartments that included a washer/dryer. It was also very secure which was nice. We stayed for 8 nights and definitely would stay again. Things to note: check in is not until 4:00 PM so if you are arriving early from an overnight flight you will have to entertain yourself but they do allow you to store luggage. Also note that staff is only on site from 10 am - 6 pm every day. The front desk staff were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful navigating the area as it was our first time in Lisbon and were always very friendly and professional. At the end of our trip my husband had to leave one day earlier than me. I was worried about being able to carry my heavy suitcase down a set of stairs from our room. I spoke to the front desk staff and they moved me to a room that worked much better (no stairs and right by an elevator). They also fixed the washer/dryer in our room as soon as I notified them it wasn’t working correctly. What I wished they had was more literature about the area, information on taking public transportation, popular attractions and maybe even a map. Would also have been nice to have operating instructions for the appliances (which are very different from what I was used to). Great place! Safe, clean. well managed and perfect location. Lovely building, nice views, good amenities (pool, workout room), and best in class staff.

The hostel is based in an exciting and vibrant part of Lisbon. If you want culture and the hustle an bustle, this is perfect. This being said, the room was quiet and the noise didn't travel. My room was just right- clean and bright. I had a room with an en-suite but the shared showers were not a scary as it sounds! the communal areas were super clean and with great decor. I managed to get from the hostel to where I needed to go and most places, you can grab an uber easily if you don't fancy the walk. I had regular whatsapp messages throughout my stay to ensure all was ok and if I needed fresh towels etc. For solo travelers, it was ideal. Thanks so much!

Very clean hotel and great, friendly staff! The hotel is in a central location and minutes away from the airport as well as the downtown plazas and landmarks. It's also on a flat block so it is much easier to navigate than the more hilly streets in other parts of Lisboa. Highly recommend!!

Lovely breakfast on the rooftop. We had a two bed apartment with two teenagers which was great - with two bathrooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here and would return.

It was a great trip!
