This was our first time in an all inclusive place so we were a bit hesitant. The check in was a bit hectic but after that all went smooth. The room was nice overlooking a garden and pool. A big room with a nice balcony. The pools were all very nice and the staff were all friendly. The nicest part of the pools was a very little 'copy'of the Nile River. The food overall was very good. Especially the desserts. The main cafeteria was just as good as all the smaller specialty restaurants. Lots of little activities. Other highlights: the gardens were beautiful and the staff work really hard to maintain the gardens. It's great to just walk around the property and get your steps in too. We also did the snorkeling cruise which was really well done and the crew on the boat were friendly and in good humor. Cocktails were good. Beer and wine not so great but still passable. A very relaxing stay. (Should be noted wifi is not free in the rooms, but device passes were cheap if you need one)

My stay at this resort was an absolute disaster. Check-in was delayed from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and the receptionist (Zoheir or Zobeir) offered zero hospitality—no smile, no welcome, and zero information about resort rules or dining schedules. The luggage attendant didn't even guide me to my room; he just told me to go ahead alone, and my bags arrived 20 minutes later. I explicitly requested a King-size bed, but they assigned me a twin room at the extreme, isolated edge of the property—literally the last available room in the hotel. While the room itself was newly renovated and nice, being miles away from everything was exhausting. The overall atmosphere was unbearable. Overbearing security guards stared at guests constantly like we were crossing a country border illegally which is so funny any so annoying!!! Construction workers operated deafening equipment all day, while uncontrollable swarms of crows squawked non-stop. To make matters worse, dinner on my first day gave me severe diarrhea, despite the food tasting acceptable. Night entertainment was a joke. The DJ was the exact same guy from six years ago, lazily changing tracks over a single repeated beat without any mixing skills. The animation team ran the same brain-dead routine every night: kids' disco from 8:30 to 9:30 PM, an awkward show, and 15 minutes of line-dancing to 15-year-old resort songs. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

The service was disappointing, and we often felt unattended. Staff were generally unhelpful, rarely smiled and came across as quite blunt. Customer service needs significant improvement, with staff making guests feel more welcome and prioritising their needs. The facilities are extremely poor, with very little to do to keep guests entertained. There is a lot of unused space that could be put to better use, and the surrounding construction work makes the views particularly disappointing. Overall, the place lacks atmosphere, activities and the level of service you would expect. There is plenty of room for improvement, particularly in terms of facilities, guest experience and staff attitude.

Super nice adult-only resort. Lots of activities day and night. Great variety of food with beautiful presentation.
