"Exceptional location and service"
The manager and hotel staff, in particular Katarina and Lana were exceptional. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is in perfect condition, just opened. They have thought about all the guest needs from multiple type of plug-ins, to bottles of water and biscuits. The hotel is in the central location within walking distance to shopping restaurants bus stop and sight seeing. It is a very modern, clean and welcoming facility. The manager in particular is so helpful, sincere and accommodating. Perfect boutique hotel.

"Outstanding service in a lovely hotel"
A lovely hotel overlooking Bacvice beach (but absolutely jam-packed with people!). A little away (about 15 mins walk) from the hustle and bustle of the Riva promenade with its restaurants etc. so there was a wonderful sense of tranquillity as one entered the hotel. I had a small-ish single room in the rear of hotel which was a bit dark, but that didn’t matter as I was by the pool or out of the hotel most of the time. I had requested a single room overlooking the sea but unfortunately that was not possible- and judging by some of the comments posted here the beach- facing rooms were somewhat noisy due to beach parties. I had a little problem with room cleaning/changing sheets (not changed for 3 days) but that was resolved immediately after I mentioned it to Reception, and I received fulsome apologies and a complimentary bottle of wine from the Management. The bathroom was spacious and very well appointed. Sadly only a small swimming pool but a gloriously large terrace for sunbathing. Breakfasts were fantastic- a very large choice was offered. I spent my birthday there and was delighted that the hotel left some fruit and chocolates in the room for me with a birthday greeting- a nice touch. The ethos of the hotel management has obviously worked its magic on the staff who were all, without exception, incredibly friendly and helpful, and the combination of a great hotel and outstanding staff made my stay there very enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is worth its 5 star rating.

"Divota honeymoon"
My wife and myself had the pleasure to stay at Divota for 10 days while we were in Split and what can I say. We loved it, the staff was awesome and helped to plan our exursions and the hotel itself was great, very clean and modern. We cannot wait to go again.

"Perfect for a short city visit"
We opted for the airport transfer at the last minute and didn't regret it...it made getting to the hotel in a pedestrian zone very easy. Checkin was quick, reception staff very friendly and informative, and our room on the first floor, though a little small, was modern, clean, stylish, had a comfortable bed and spacious contemporary bathroom. We had a free welcome drink, and breakfast had a good range of traditional and local items. All through the stay we found helpful, friendly, professional staff and would definitely recommend or return if we ever go back to Split.

"Very highly recommend "
We were greeted by lovely friendly staff who were very helpful with excellent advice. Well worth telling them what you are looking for from your holiday so they can share their local knowledge. The room was very comfortable, excellent quiet air com, extremely comfy bed, large quality shower etc. This is not a traditional hotel but high quality rooms with some hotel services. There is no bar or 24 hour reception but the breakfast is very good and there's the best coffee I've tasted, on tap up to about 8pm. There's a calm and relaxing seated area inside and out where you can have your breakfast too. it's a quiet relaxing place to stay just on the edge of the old town, out of the way of any noisy bars. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Split.

"Perfect Location"
Fantastic week in Split, loved everything about it. Hotel location was perfect as the Diocletian Palace appears to be the main hub of Split, and is surrounded by everything you need. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they met our airport shuttle as the hotel is in a vehicle free zone, they walked us back for the return journey, and made numerous calls to tour companies, restaurants, etc, etc. I'm normally a Grand Hotel type of person and this type of small Hotel\Apartment\B&B style was a first for me, but it made a refreshing change to have a more personal and informal stay, 10 out of 10 for all the staff. The weather was perfect, up near 40°C every day and the two tours we went on were fabulous days out with very knowledgeable guides. If your only language is English and you worry about communicating then fear not, everyone but everyone I met spoke English, and did so willingly and with a smile. I went to Rome the month previous for a week's holiday and I can honestly say the Croation people made my stay in Split much more enjoyable. Went to Brad by ferry, Krkr waterfalls, Klis Castle, Roman Ruins and Trogir to name but a few places and enjoyed all of them. As well as being much cheaper to eat and drink in Split than in Rome, the standard of Restaurant food was also much higher and the service much quicker in Croatia. I will almost certainly return to Croatia, it was simply fantastic.

Marmontova Street is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Marmontova Street, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Marmontova Street hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
