I gave the hotel an excellent rating, it's almost impossible to give faults. My only constructive criticism would be:
1) improve the layout of the beach section, it's currently tilting making it uncomfortable to relax in the sun chairs. Leveling it out in terasse sections would fix it.
2) residential living with sea view should have better furniture on the balcony to make the stunning view more enjoyable.
Apart from this, I would say that this is a top resort.
The facilities are great with an amazing sport center.

The location was the reason I chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. About five/ten minutes stroll from the city walls, this was ideal. We didn't have a car, so needed to be somewhere that was close to the attractions.
The hotel staff were great, particularly those serving at breakfast. All were very professional, and attentive while letting you get on with your meal/drink.
It is expensive though, especially as we only went for a classic room without the view. I only went with this hotel because it was a present. You could certainly find somewhere in a similar location for cheaper, but if you can afford it, then the location and views from the terrace are excellent.

We opted for the airport transfer at the last minute and didn't regret it...it made getting to the hotel in a pedestrian zone very easy. Checkin was quick, reception staff very friendly and informative, and our room on the first floor, though a little small, was modern, clean, stylish, had a comfortable bed and spacious contemporary bathroom. We had a free welcome drink, and breakfast had a good range of traditional and local items. All through the stay we found helpful, friendly, professional staff and would definitely recommend or return if we ever go back to Split.

Hotel was nice and clean, however the balcony sea view we had was not really the view one would expect for the additional cost per night. The breakfast and dinner selection was also quite small with little to no change from day to day. Drinks were well priced. We enjoyed the BBQ that the hotel set up (Wednesday night). The location of the hotel was pretty close to Porec center, nice place to pending an evening.

We had a good stay at this comfortable hotel. Arrived at 11 am but check-in not available until 2 pm, so had to find something to do for 3 hrs (walked to the beach and took lunch at local bar). Porec is a 30 minute walk but for those less able there is a land train costing approx £1 each way. Our room was very clean with plenty of room for three of us. Hotel is secluded and has good facilities - pool, bar, grounds. Entertainment in the evening is not a strong point. Staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Restaurant served good breakfasts and in the evenings a good selection of salads, fish dishes, main meals and desserts. Porec is a lovely town with many shops and restaurants and a busy harbour ie boat tours, fishing trips etc.
