We had a great stay at Ladera! The view is everything you can imagine and more. The staff was so respectful, kind and on top of everything you need. We didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes when we called for anything. There were some small complaints but Yvette and her staff went above and beyond to ensure they were resolved… even upgraded our room! The resort tries their best to manage bugs by spraying nightly and as needed but of course, you are in nature so be aware bugs are still in abundance but only at night time. The hotel set us up with any excursions we wanted to do and the food at Dasheene was amazing. Overall, it was a great stay & would definitely recommend.

This was my second time staying at Coco Palm and I loved it. Perfect location, rooms are clean, the food is amazing and the staff is friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The staff left us in a room that had a leaking ceiling over the tub. It leaked every night and kept us awake. We were unable to use the tub.
