"Breathtaking views"
This hotel stay was everything we dreamed of for our anniversary trip. I would recommend the heated pools and even a suite in the more private area of paradise ridge. The only negative was trying to sleep through the frog sounds at night but the ear plugs provided helped with that. We will always remember the amazing staff and amazing views. Didn't grow tired of looking out of our suite towards the Caribbean ocean and pitons.

"Beautiful View, but OK stay"
The location is gorgeous and the view is stunning. The rooms are OK, rustic is a good description. The private pool is perfect and relaxing. The outdoor shower was great. But the bed was super uncomfortable. The toilet kept running and we smelt sewage one night really bad. We let the staff know but they blamed the Sulfic volcano near by...not sure that was what we smelt so strong in our locked bedroom at night. Only expect air conditioning in the bedroom but that was fine. The kitchen was very simple. The restaurant had good food but super $$$$$. Dinner for 2 with no drinks was $130 a night. Breakfast was free and delicious. The restaurant staff was amazing! We brought a lot of snacks to eat since we had a feeling it would be pricey. So be prepared for very $$ drinks and meals. No bugs and the weather was gorgeous. The tours were very pricey too....a tip would be to work with a taxi driver to drive you around instead of the hotel. We were welcomed nicely but at the end of checkout we were never given a thank you or a smile. We had a communication problem with the front desk staff when we were on an excursion and they didn't seem concerned that we were unhappy. So be weary of that when it comes to booking excursions with them.

"Beautiful resort with a true cultural flavor"
From the driver who picked us up from the airport, every staff person was super friendly and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful- no need to go to the botanical gardens because this place was just as beautiful. We enjoyed the casual breakfast, live music at night.

"A True Getaway"
Anse Chastenet is close to perfect. Remote, private, and picturesque, it is a far cry from many Caribbean resorts that are crowded and chaotic. The staff is superb. Your happiness if their primary concern and everyone goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. Day trips and excursions are arranged with a smile. Dining is easy and the meals delicious. The beach is lovely with just enough to do. The on-site scuba shop provided by 12-year-old son with a first-rate first scuba experience; the sunset sail was gorgeous. I traveled with my three older children (12, 15, 17) and our beachside room was spacious and welcoming. We will definitely return!

"Gorgeous views, great service and much much more.."
I didn't quite know what to expect at Jade Mountain, and all I can say is that they've spoiled me for any other resort experience. It was far and away the most luxurious, beautiful, interesting, and delicious vacation we've ever had. The staff is absolutely wonderful and bent over backwards to cater to our every need. We chose a room with a private plunge pool (which ran the width of the room, and the room had only 3 walls!) and they assigned us a Major Domo (butler) whom you can contact at any hour for anything. Our Major Domos Teclus, Keiran & Allain were absolutely wonderful! We requested room service in our room one evening which was delicious and romantic, and one evening we requested that he fill our jacuzzi for our return from dinner and all the candles were lit and the petals on the bathroom floor was a special touch. Everyone there is very friendly, the restaurant has wonderful chefs that get their ingredients from resort's own local organic farm, so it's all very fresh and delicious. At the main restaurant, The Jade Mountain Club, the menu changes each night so you don't get tired of the offerings, and the desserts are amazing as well. The restaurant manager/sommelier Jonathan Louback made sure that everything was perfect and also recommended some great wines. The excursions are also well thought out and organized, and we learned how to make chocolate at the Chocolate Lab where the chocolate chef makes it from scratch from the coco trees that they grow.

"Excellent hotel with great views of Marigot Bay"
Wonderful hotel, with hard working friendly staff. Special mention to all the lovely ladies who looked after me at breakfast and all the cleaning staff. This hotel is definelty a class above the rest, with great professional front desk personnel. I had a lovely relaxing time from my balcony on high with great views of the bay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

"relaxing, stress free vacation"
We were hesitant to book this hotel based on some of the negative reviews, but we are so glad we did! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and they aim to please. We were greeted by almost every single staff member we walked by throughout the resort. The food we were most worried about, ended up meeting our standards and sometimes even exceeded (steakhouse and tex mex probably the best). We stayed at the hideaway, which I would definitely recommend if traveling without children. It had its own pool/section of the beach, bar, a grill for lunch and restaurant for dinner only for hideaway guests. The separate nightly entertainment for hideaway guests at the bar was also great. Shoutout to Dara and Jemma, who led our tour to Pigeon Island- made our trip fun and enjoyable.

Choiseul is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Choiseul, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Choiseul hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
