The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a most convenient location for seeing the sights in Vienna. We stayed there for a week. The staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing from start to finish and made us want to come back and say again immediately! They were so accommodating with our luggage, made us feel welcome at check-in, and were conversational and friendly every time we had a question.

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

I arrived at this property on a day when local authorities had issued a high heat alert due to extreme temperatures. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel does not have air conditioning. Both the lobby and the rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it impossible for me to stay safely. If you are considering this hotel, be sure to read the property details carefully. Since there is no air conditioning, you will definitely feel the effects of the heat during warm weather. I explained my health concerns to management and requested a full refund because the extreme temperatures made it unsafe for me to remain at the property. Unfortunately, they refused and charged me for three of the five nights I had originally booked, despite the citywide heat emergency. I was fortunate to find another hotel nearby with air conditioning at the last minute. I found the management’s response to be lacking in compassion and flexibility given the exceptional circumstances. While I understand cancellation policies exist, I was disappointed that no reasonable accommodation was made during an extreme weather emergency.

Our first trip to Austria was made even more special by our stay at EST Hotel Palais Chotek. We were surprised to learn this is a brand-new hotel inside a beautiful historic building. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Marvin, the concierge, warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to show us the hotel and explain the amenities. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—even my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of hotel buffets, loved it. Our eight-year-old daughter enjoyed it as well. If you’re visiting Vienna for the first time, I highly recommend EST Hotel Palais Chotek. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable experience!
