The room they put me in had holes and paint missing from the walls where it looked like paintings should be. There were rips in the carpet and the room did not look like anything that was on the web site. I immediately checked out and found another hotel to stay in. I would not recommend this hotel and Expedia should not either. This hotel was not represented how it truly is. I love old boutique hotels and this one just awful.

Never stayed before. Had guests & wanted to show them good time. St. Francis hotel was nothing great. It was your average $150 a night hotel. We paid $475. Rooms nothing special. Only one chair by table to look and enjoy view. Towels might have been sandpaper. Bathrooms had no bath mats in shower. Very dangerous. Had always heard it was a fabulous hotel. Well, not anymore. Overall, don't waste your money.

Great location across from Tonga Room. Hotel was quiet and room was great. Very good value for such a central location.

I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
