This place was totally understandable, and not safe at all. The room is hazardous for its has a strong mold order. The management is horrendous and very unprofessional .I have requested a refund since day one and assistance once I entered that room, no one answered till the next day. I had to book another hotel that same night because I wasn't the going to breathe that nasty order and mold in my system. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE!!

Good location but rooms were tiny.

Overall I would stay here again. Good views for morning risers. I got to store luggage until check in which started at 4pm. Hosted communicated well. I got to check in by 3pm because I was early arrival but it depends on the host. The front desk was nice and friendly. I felt safe in this area. There was an issue with the door lock so maintenance came quickly to fix it. Also this apartment is on the 7th floor with amazing views but it is outdated. There is mold in the lights, the countertop in the kitchen was cracked, the door was broken, the rusty light in the corner didn’t work, A/C Unit leaks and it gets slippery on the balcony, and the closet was broken with wires exposed. I tried uploading photos but this option didn’t work for me. We ask to change towels but the host said only 1 towel change midway through the stay and it never came. There is a pool on property but the hot tub did not work, but got both beach towels and bathroom towels. There is blow dryer but it’s old. The convenience of the place next to Old San Juan and Condado Lagoon is the perfect spot to uber everywhere which is why I booked this spot. Also Caribe Hilton is close to rent a day pass for $100 and have 24/7 ice cream shop. There is a local market shop and Piola’s Pizza was good to eat after the beach which is a 10min walk. I would rate a 3/5 because of the location but the host needs to update the apartment with new outlets, new painted walls, and new lights. No parking onsite.

The home itself is absolutely stunning but the road to the villa is not just narrow, it's washed out in many places, we struggled to navigate the potholes even with a jeep and an SUV, I would not drive it at night. There are great amenities like the fridge and bathroom downstairs, the coffee / cocktail bar is fabulous.The kitchen was well-stocked with basic spices and supplies but it was crawling with roaches. Wifi is spotty so be sure to have the guidebook downloaded and screenshots of the phone number to call because the phone number posted throughout the villa is not functioning. Even in August the combination of ACs, fans, and breezes kept the temprature very comfortable. Excellent pool, though very little shallow area, if you're traveling with kids or weaker swimmers.

Excelente alojamiento, muy limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Todo estuvo perfecto. ¡Sin duda volvería!
