I loved the space it gave us.

Stayed in a tower room. Our first room was very nice but the AC did not work. We were quickly moved to a different room which felt a little more run down. The sink broke but was fixed the same day. The power went out for a few hours at 5:30 AM. It was a little unnerving. Overall, even with the issues, I would probably stay here again. Kids would love it. It's not luxury but staff were nice, our room was very clean, and there were affordable food options. I could do without being accosted by the sales people when walking by the shops. Two Starbucks.

The buffet is awful!! THe steakhouse and Kassi are awesome. The Funny Coffee shop is amazing. The rooms are ok, not maintained well by housekeeping.

Clean room, great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room AC could have been better, it was warm in the room.

1st and foremost the GoPool is amazing and fun, great vibes, drinks, and bartenders! That is where my positive review ends. The rooms are dusty, you can clearly see the dust on the carpet behind the bed, the bedding is very rough, mattress was somewhat comfortable though. The toilet has terrible pressure barely flushes urine, so we were worried about 💩. And the shower pressure is ridiculous, it’s like the episode of Seinfeld where Kramer is falling all over from the pressure in the shower. And “Laurel” the virtual concierge says she will bring you the items you ask for but never does. We asked her for cups and towels, never brought it then we even called the front desk who stated they would also and never received anything. Would not stay here again. Will definitely come back and pay the entrance fee to use the GoPool but that is it!! We are definitely not hotel snobs either…we absolutely loved the Golden Nugget and would much rather stay there next time.
