The pluses: The lady at the check-in desk was absolutely fantastic. I wish I got her name to give her proper recognition. Pool was great and so were poolside staff. Room was clean. Starbucks coffee available at Viva cafe. The minuses: They try to upsell you to buy a timeshare as soon as you’re checked in. “Free breakfast and comps”. Canceling the presentation was easy, at least. 3 contacts required to get missing TV remote. Barry Manilow concert cut in half due to “computer problems”. Concert was the reason we travelled there in the first place. Room smelled like smoke on and off. Maybe from the room next to us smoking illegally. I should’ve complained but I didn’t.

The design of the room is modern. However, it lacked a bit of functionality. There’s no towel racks to hang your face cloth in the bathroom sink area or inside the shower. While the handheld shower head was a great amenity, it is difficult to access it when the button is at the top by the primary shower head. For those shorter, it is impossible to turn it on. In addition, the smoke detectors are ultra sensitive. The warm shower triggered a smoke alert at 3am and it took a technician awhile to come up to turn it off. Aside from that, I had a nice stay. The 24hr pizza was the best!

The location, parking and staff are great. The AC was really the main issue this time, it just did not cool the room enough. Also, the fact that there is no coffee in the room and they charge $6 for it in the lobby is annoying.

The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

We booked the premium king one bedroom suite based on the pictures provided on this site. What we got was nothing like pictured. The lights didn’t work, the room was very old and dingy and wasn’t what we booked. We had to pay an extra $68 a night to get the actual room we booked.

That's at the room was very clean the hallways the elevator the grounds itself were very well maintained the gym was fantastic the pool was cleaning and have staff that bring you food and drink excellent
