Very nice and quiet hotel.
If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi
Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious.
Very good experience for me and my family.
All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay.
While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).

The hotel is extremely beautiful and quiet. The location is privileged to watch the sunrise and sunset, in addition to being a few meters from the emerald cenote and having one of the sand benches where anyone can bathe, even people who do not know how to swim. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and very nice. Excellent selection of food and drinks served on the shore of the lagoon. Totally recommended for couples.

Last day we had very little service around the property but overall a great stay!
