The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back.

The property was very well maintained. The hotel is always nice,…and Five Steakhouse is excellent as well!

We stayed in a completely renovated room and it was lovely! Rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. Coffee and tea in the room. Beds are extremely comfortable. Liked the low light that comes on when you step out of bed, but it would be nice to have an option to turn it off. There was a very nice coffee shop with reasonable prices! The registration staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a 20 minute walk to the people mover, the Q, and other downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
