Bueno solo para dormir y disfrutar de la zona viva de Cancún

Everything was great! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location right on the beach was perfect. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and everything was just fine.

Great place for a relaxing visit. this time of year limited children however they have a couple adult only pools. Great food. This is an all inclusive, and they do have resort packages thru their website also, We choose to travel with Expedia this go around.

Horrible horrible horrible do not waste your money there add $100-$200 more and stay in a better one. We were a group of 10 with 2 birthdays the only thing they provided were Individuals desserts and even after I offered to pay no decorations. Beds were terrible and so uncomfortable. Staff was very uncooperative and had no clue what they were doing. I have a special needs kids with dietary restrictions and couple people with special food needs that even refused to make a cheese pizza (heat a cheese pizza) horrible terrible awful food with no regards to cleanliness and freshness. Food is band and very repetitive even though we only stayed 3 days. NO ICECREAM. No fun drinks for kids. Juices were leftover blended fruit with water. Bread was always stale. No butter except in breakfast
