The room was clean except for the floor in the bathtub area.some of the wall surfaces were dirty. It needs coffee makers, drinking cups and glasses in the room and an ice machine on property.

Staff was good. Renovations were going on..so a lot smells. Bed was very uncomfortable. Staff said new beds..they are uncomfotable. Waffle batter machine was broken at breakfast.

Super Lovely staff especially Adrian on the front desk. So helpful and nice. Great hotel for a stopover. Recommend.

Staff was great! The lobby and general public area was very clean. Now the rooms, I had 2 rooms. Wife and me had the accessible room with had carpet which was pieced together and didn't look very clean. The ac & heating unit vents had white dust and other dirty inside! Our walking shower need some kind of barrier on floor or longer shower curtains, floor towel or rug gets soaked. The amenities like iron and ironing board was missing also. My daughter's room was fine, floor was tiled or laminated!

No carts were available to move our luggage up to the room or to move luggage back down the next day. No microwave in rooms No free breakfast. You have to pay extra. Staff was not helpful at all.

Super hot in the room upon arrival. Air conditioner struggled. Room was hot all through the night. Miserable stay
