The food at the restaurants was amazing. The staff were friendly & helpful. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. I saw a few roaches in my bathroom & one at the breakfast buffet. We also had towels in our room with stains on them. Otherwise it was nice

The marina is very good the food at the restaurant was expensive but taste great We also have a sour experience at the from desk we asked for a water taxi to eluthera airport and they call fo a private taxi without tell us that was private when we got to the island they ask us to pay $70 for the ride that was 10 minutes and for the same ride before they charge us $10 each other than that the experience was nice the beach was very clean and beautiful 😍

The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay.

Disappointing Stay — Accessibility & Hospitality Fell Short I booked an accessible room online and reminded Trudi at check-in. I was using my cane and asked if the room was far from the lobby. I was told no. Room 1121 was actually three room blocks from the lobby, not including the pathway past the stores. By the time I reached it, I was exhausted. What was supposed to be accessible felt more like an obstacle course. The shower had sand in it, and I never went to the beach, and the room itself desperately needs a FULL renovation, not another patch job. The lobby reflects the Wyndham image; unfortunately, my room did not. On my final night, I shared my concerns with Daniel. His response was simply, “Sorry for that.” That did little to make the situation right. The bellmen were the only staff who consistently made me feel welcome. I expected Wyndham hospitality. Instead, the name was at the door, but the standard seemed to stop there.
