A little improvement could make this place great

Our stay was good and comfortable. Service was ok. We had to ask for our room to be serviced 2 or 3 times. The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was old and cold even one hour before it was supposed to end.

The night, went fine, as well as the free breakfast. Omce we went back in the room to get ready for check out, while i was laying in the bed there was a bug crawling directly on the bed sheets. Which completely ruined the stay for me. We where on the 3rd floor. I killed the bug and immediately wanted to ge the heck out of there. They need to take proper measures to keep the rooms bug free. This is why people pay good money to stay at the Hyatt...otherwise we could have stayed at a motel 6. Very disappointing.

Great stay for TTU visit

Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and needed for orientation to move items around and all the swag we were collecting. It was easy to reach the school, plenty of food options within walking distance. Ice machines worked. Room was refreshingly cool coming back after being in the heat. Breakfast had good options. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and adequate hot water. Plan to book here again
