We absolutely loved our stay at the lodges! It was close to everything but just far enough away from the busy main road. Plenty of space, great for families. Staff was extremely nice including the security guard watching over the parking lot at night. We are definitely making this place our yearly stay while in pigeon forge.

Loved our stay here! Family of four. Second time choosing to stay at Edgewater, and we'll come back again. It's super convenient to everything on the strip! We parked our car and didn't have to drive the whole time we were in Gatlinburg. The rooms are cozy, the staff is friendly, and you get awesome views of downtown + the mountains when you stay on the river side. Location allows you to drop in and out as you need to for a day of fun in the area. Highly recommend for family travel!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Close to everything. Walmart was just up the road. Depending on what building you’re in you do have to drive across the road to get to the bigger pool and the game room. It is perfect for a family with kids of all ages.
