Started with a rough start as my room was not clean when I got there, but they were pronto on getting it cleaned so that I could check in within an hour thank you very much

Great place outside of Stowe. We stayed in the main hotel rooms. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is really not their fault but the rooms in the bottom hear every step upstairs. And one night a couple came back fighting and it sounded like they were in our room. Maybe ask for room upstairs if possible.

Excellent property with spacious room. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful property with premium pricing, but unfortunately they don’t have enough housekeeping staff to clean rooms daily. They have a nice text system which allows you to communicate what you want/need but when I inquired why the bed wasn’t made and towels replaced after being gone all day no one responded for hours. I went to reception and was given a litany of reasons….staffing issues, employees who do work can’t fulfill every request, etc. I was also told I should have communicated my expectation of housekeeping in advance like it was somehow exceptional for Stowe-area hotels and I was being high-maintenance??? The property could also benefit from signs directing guests through the many stairwells, corridors and footpaths needed to get from back of property to main hotel.

You absolutely must have a vehicle! Let me say that again you MUST have a vehicle. There is limited food, snacks or soft drinks except at hotels restaurant wich is expensive very expensive. Limited if any Ubers and taxis are expensive. $40 to go 5 miles. Room staff did an outstanding job on our room, desk staff depending on who it was was mixed on friendliness. Hotel is not good for children not much for them to do. As matter of fact unless uou are of geriatric age there wasn't much for me to do! I was there for a wedding. All in all resort is nice most of the staff is good but food and drink are EXTREMELY LACKING. I don't recommended staying here unless you have vehicle and you have LOTS ANDLOTS of money.

I loved the location right in downtown Stowe. I wasn’t expecting so many stairs. The room was funky with a loft bed that felt airless and cramped. We decided to use the pull out couch for sleeping and when we opened it there was hair all over the edges. Not cool. We had to sleep somewhere so we had to make the bed from linens in a closet. The bed was pretty comfortable for a pullout. The place was quiet despite being in the center of town. Our friends stayed in a beautiful room down the hall facing the street, spacious and airy. We got the last available room. Lacks staff with self-check in, so if you have a problem you have to call a number. No amenities to speak of. Not great value for the money. Just not the room we stayed in.
