This was our first time, we had a great stay at Citizen House celebrating our anniversary. Very upscale, I felt a bit under dress as we entered in our travel clothes, yet we were welcomed and treated well.
The location is perfect for walking in downtown OKC; across the street from National Memorial and Museum.
We look forward to going back.

The hotel is overall clean. However, the pool was dirty which I was looking forward to using. I did not get housekeeping service and had to request towels. the staff was very prompt to get it for me. The breakfast was most disappointing. It
