It is a clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpfull. It is very close to metro stations. The only thing I did not like is the area where the hotel is located. It is my first time in Paris so I was not very aware of the different areas in the city. Day time is good, night time is a bit different

We checked in quite early after our all-night flight, and were offered a lounging area to get comfortable while we waited for our room. We chose to leave our bags with the hotel and set out for the morning. The hotel is located on a busy pedestrian intersection, with a very nice café spilling out onto the street, and a fantastic full view of the Tower - good for people watching and enjoying a coffee or glass of wine. The decor inside is stunning, the staff very nice and authentic French. The rooms are very nice, and look newly renovated - the bathrooms are especially well outfitted and fresh. We loved the casement windows opening out to wrought iron decor, overlooking the city and Tower view! We bought the breakfast in advance, and I highly recommend, as it is extravagant, with either Light European, French, or full American fare. All the breads were fresh, excellent coffee/espresso, omelet to order, and full buffet of cut meats & cheeses. Everything is thought of for the guest here, even umbrellas were provided when it rained! We will definitely be back!

"Nice Appartment - in fact we have booked again! "
I was a little worried after reading some previous reviews but I needn’t have!
We arrived at 10:45pm after a tiring journey, the staff were welcoming and friendly and quick to book us in.
We were in room 234, it overlooked the swimming pool. The room was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable although the bed settee was a little uncomfortable. Wifi worked perfectly and as we run our business we needed to be able to access it all the time, we never had an issue. We didn’t book breakfast with it being an appartment. We stayed 5 nights and have just booked again for 2 weeks time to do some Christmas shopping! Free shuttle bus outside the door for Disneyland, staff supply you with a timetable. Easy walking distance to Val D Europe and the Designer outlet. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and a lovely boulangerie on the corner. There is a large supermarket in the shopping centre called Auchan for everything you need. McDonald’s, Subway etc are all close by.
Vapianos is a must in the Disney Village!
As regards to previous reviews re housekeeping please remember that this is an appartment not a hotel. I took extra towels but found we didn’t need them all as there is a retractable clothes line in the bathroom and a towel warmer. We have visited Disneyland Paris 17 times over the last ten years and love everything about it! We have stayed in all the Disney Hotels and majority of the surrounding ones, but for value for money you can’t go wrong with Hipark!

The hotel itself on first attractive, its clean, and the staff were friendly. The bedroom itself was clean and a pleasant view of the gardens.
Went to the pool which was a small and shallow, so there was no actual swimming to be done, although a few teenagers were there splashing about, so no room to go anywhere. There was a bigger side for toddlers which was even more shallow.
A bus ran regularly to the theme parks and back which we didn't wait too long for and always got a seat going, but often stood up to get back which is to be expected.
Breakfast was ok also, plenty to choose from, though the hot food was rarely hot, it was palatable.
The one thing that niggled me was that I paid for 2 children at the hotel, who slept on 2 bunk beds which were designed for younger kids, and was not long enough for my two. At the restaurant which was outrageously priced they had to pay an adult price for. We ended up with 3 plates of chips, 2 small cokes each , for a staggering 102 euros. Eat out definitely!!! The Disney parks are cheaper or the same price but you get the atmosphere of it all in with it.

Great location just a few minutes away from metro lines 2 and 12 and loads of bus stops. The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are definitely on the small side but workable.

Amazingly friendly service and welcome. Immaculately clean rooms. Lovely bathrooms. - with a bath, not just a shower - great for Paris, where space is a premium!
From before we arrived, the hotel staff helped us make restaurant reservations, and ensured everything went smoothly. They were thoughtful considerate and kind.
Very nice touches around the hotel; great quality toiletries, small but good fitness space, quiet rooms, breakfast was excellent, and then throughout the day tea and coffee and 'goodies' in the lobby for tired tourists to restore their energy.
Thank you so much to the wonderful team!
If you stay here, and fancy a local meal, we also heartily recommend Pierre Sang - very different, and alternative style modern set menu where you guess the ingredients after each course with your waiter
- they cater for all food allergies, and I was pregnant and vegetarian when we went - so very hospitable. 3 minute walk from the hotel, and worth a visit.
