Wonderful Paris hotel for a great price

We were happy we chose to spend one night at the Jangle Hotel. The shuttle bus picked us up promptly from the airport. The room was larger than average for a European hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. After we got settled into our room, we enjoyed wine in their lovely garden area in the back of the hotel. What a nice escape from the craziness of the airport. We had the entire garden to ourselves. If you have small children, it would be a great place to let the kids run around on the grass to play. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. There were limited choices, but we were so grateful to have a restaurant on the premises. The return trip on the shuttle bus to the airport was perfect. Be sure to schedule the shuttle bus pick-up at the front desk for the return trip to the airport. I found this hotel to be very reasonably priced. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

The lobby is beautiful and i like the self serve snack shop option. The food at the restaurant was okay but my server would not pay attention to me and i waited 20 minutes for our drink order even though it was not busy - other servers in the restaurant were much more attentive and kind. The other issue is the kids menu had only two options and in my opinion, they were not great options. The rooms had a bad smell to them. We were told to ensure we pre-booked our airport transportation so i did during check in. It was not booked for us and we had to wait for another time which put us behind for our flight.

Pros: Convenient location to the airport and very good and frequent bus shuttle service included. Breakfast also included and was sufficient. Con’s: toilet was a little dirty and there was a ripped up disposable glove piece in the sofa bed. Ba Overall not a four star but a convenient one night stay day before flying out.

Horrible location, far from everything. The reason why we got this hotel what’s on my kids can swim, but the pool is not on the hotel property. You have to walk outside the hotel to go to another facility not family friendly at all. My kids didn’t like it. Neither did I.

This property is not as advertised. The rooms are really a 2-3 star hotel. First off they smell like stale smoke, the air conditioning did not work and the towels were grungy and thin. The free breakfast is also pretty basic. The nice pool they show in photos is actually at a neighbouring property and the shuttle transfer is really not convenient as they only pick up and drop off at one spot at Charles du Gaule. You end up having to walk quite a while if you are at a different terminal as this airport is huge. Overall not worth the stay.
