The king suite room was WONDERFUL! Very clean, very well laid out, I especially loved the bathroom with all the different types of lights (your blow dryer was a good quality!!) and you provided a shower cap!! I also loved that you could talk with the staff through text messages, and the in-room dining staff were super friendly! The little store where they served coffees and breakfast treats was amazing as well!! The only concern I had was that no one came to turn down the room or clean it during the day. I don’t think I had opted out of that, and wish the directions to the Skybridge were more clear or even on the website. Overall though, 5/5!

You need to be sure to tell Housekeeping you are out. We left at 8am , Returned at 2:30pm and house keeping had not yet been to our room. The staff was beyond cordial. The valets rush to open your car door as well as hotel door. Front desk very professional.

Very nice staff . The bed was so comfortable . All of the people in the breakfast restaurant were great. Wali the valet supervisor was very kind . An expensive but wonderful stay .
