The hotel itself was beautiful we’d been put in a suite which was very spacious with all amenities available, the receptionist on check in was a bit rude I’d emailed about late check out & was told a 1pm check out had been added to our booking and to just pay at reception but she refused and said there wasn’t any availability so we had to check out at 11am that was the only negative in our experience. The night guard was lovely went to get us a bucket of ice when we came back & was very pleasant!! Also the young girl on check out this morning was very polite we would return :)

Brilliant could not fault the staff. I am a silly pensioner i booked 4 rooms instead of 2. The staff where great. Tbey have told me what to do. So my daughter in law is going to phone expedia

This is an older hotel on an industrial estate, ideal for business in the area. There is a spa and pool but I didn't use these. Check in was easy, quick, nice staff on front desk. Check out was the same. The location means the area is quiet at night. My room was huge, I have seen smaller apartments! The bed was massive and comfy. The bed linens, towels, etc. are all clean and felt new. The general decor and fittings were older and a bit dated. This didn't bother me, especially at the price. The bathroom didn't feel super clean but it was OK. My room smelled a bit of old tobacco smoke. There was an OK but limited selection of drinks at the bar, I ate dinner there and the main was nice, but wow the pudding was really amazing! Have the creme brulle! That was a real nice surprise. I slept well. Breakfast was nice, plenty of it, the usual cooked breakfast options and other bits. Book breakfast in advance and its much cheaper. I was generally very pleased with my stay, 100% would come again, especially for the size of room at this price. However my colleague had a less positive experience with his room.

Hotel was lovely, beds comfy and room nice, all very clean, spa, pool , everywhere. Front desk welcoming, staff was nice. Dinner wasn't a great experience, wasn't allowed in the bistro/restaurant part only in the bar which feels like a bit of a waiting room. Food was average. No comments had to ask for salt and pepper brought over in little sachets. In the room, tiny amount of tea/coffee/milk and only 2 cups and glasses with 3 people sharing. Just little things missed. Not allowed to use pool after checkout, said for insurance, I have used the pool everywhere I have ever stayed after checkouts, usually get two hours. Breakfast felt chaotic people waiting around for refills like milk , cereal, bacon ...many items, didn't seem to be enough staff.
