Lovely hotel. Clean and bright. Parking expensive, and in a car park with very little room for maneouvre. Noisy at night. Very bad night’s sleep. Pretty good breakfast, but possibly the worst orange juice I’ve ever experienced.

Service from staff was some of the best I have experienced just a couple of very minor points on the room - no remote for theTV , not an issue for us this time but could’ve been. A big one was an uncomfortable sleep as we could regulate the temperature of the room it was very warm and made for a restless sleep.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service and very secure car park. Very good location for all Liverpool tourist sites and wr ciyld walk everywhere. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a really good hotel in a really good location. It had everything we needed and the room was lovely and spacious. The only thing that was a (minor) problem was the WiFi connection, which didn’t seem to work, even when fully connected.
