Great location and free parking a bonus, staff were very helpful. When booking on hotels.com there is no mention that there is not a lift, so that was a bit inconvenient. Walkable to city, meals were ok.

dirty shower, refused food at restaurant

Shower had not been cleaned, hairs in there. I wanted to use the on-site restaurant which should have been open until 8:30pm, went there at 7:50pm and staff member said they were not doing dinner but 3 tables had people at them eating

There’s lots to like about this hotel - free parking, friendly welcoming staff, tea/coffee in the bar that you don’t need to pay for because it’s the same as those provides in the rooms, ear plugs but we couldn’t hear any road noise, clean rooms, and walkable to the centre and docks. The bathroom is compact but it does its job! Would definitely stay here again.

The free parking was wonderful as the hotel is very central. The room was small but that was reflected in the price. We had a room overlooking the river which was lovely. Excellent hotel for the price

A very well run friendly place to stay. The free parking and easy walking distance to the centre of Liverpool make this hotel perfect for a visit to this fantastic city. The rooms are small but adequate and if you are lucky you’ll get a room with a view of the water.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location. It is an easy walk to both the Albert Docks area and the city centre. It is also situated right on a waterfront, so beautiful views from the back of the hotel and dining area. We found all staff at this hotel to be very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, a great range of both food and hot/cold drinks. On-site parking is also very convenient and felt secure. All in all, excellent!
