The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days...

Do not stay here. I hated the crazy narrow wooden saloon doors on the bathroom and weird rum scented soap. Fitness center was very small with complicated Matrix machine. I won't be back.

I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.

Will stay here again. Loved the apartment and the staff were nice. Only problem was only one elevator worked so we had to often take the stairs which was horrible.

The customer service was unmeasurable however in the window sills we found old cups with liquids in them, soda cans that were half empty, and the ice bucket was basically used as a trash can. The rooms are a little outdated and could use simple upgrades such as usb plugs in the outlets and more outlets. I would have loved to take a bath in the huge soaker tub but it had a dirty crack in it.

The hotel could use an update but everything was clean

Room was stuffy and hot and outdated. Very humid given it faces the indoor pool. Thin walls so we heard every noise. Guests in the pool well beyond midnight, making noise while we tried to sleep. The hotel also lost power and did not have a generator or a plan to assist guests.
