The building is currently being renovated. The pool is closed and there is no breakfast bar. My room is “good enough “ but the air conditioner is very loud. I originally made my reservation through Experian (I think) but I had to stay a second night and I had the hotel clerk make that reservation for me. Through Experian a one night visit was only $70, directly from the hotel a one night visit is only $50. If you don’t mind “roughing it” you can save yourself some $$.

Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days...

Staff was exceptionally efficient and gracious, especially Kevin who somehow remembered our names every day. Beautiful rooms, most excellent snacks. We were only 2 days away from the dining room re-opening after renovation, so we will have to come back!! Thank you!

We were in town for the Usher and Chris Brown concert. My check in was excellent. The young lady was very nice and attentive. I forgot her name but she gave the best customer service I would come back for future stay.

I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.

The sheets were filthy. They were stained and had hair in the bed. I did call the front desk and they sent someone to change them
