The place is spotless! Lobby, breakfast area, elevators, the rooms are sparkling clean. Continental breakfast is really good, big selection of juices, yogurts, fruits. Plenty of parking. Overall a great place to stay, in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything you could get expect.

I was at this hotel for maybe an hour, just long enough to find and book another hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of Febreze. The bedding and pillows were damp from how much had been sprayed, it was obvious the excessive Febreze was being used to mask a strong odor. My daughter and her friend both started getting headaches from the overpowering fragrance. The air conditioner was caked with dust, and there was dust built up all along the baseboards as well. I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay for this room, then spend even more money on a last minute hotel because my request for a refund was denied. The front desk staff was friendly, that was the only positive part. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the refusal to issue a refund completely overshadowed that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is downtown withing walking distance of everything. However, it gets loud at night with street noise. Also it’s on a corner where MANY homeless and bus riders hung out

Great area

The housekeeping staff was not up to par. However, I did interact with an amazing manager, who made sure to take care of the needs that housekeeping ignored.

The actual room looked NOTHING like any of the pictures.. the bed needed stairs to get up to.. it only had a window AC unit. The carpet was old and dingy. The only option to keep medication cold was in a different building in the staff fridge!

It was a good experience overall with a perk of free parking for hotel guests! The front concierge were amazing and helpful When we booked separate reservations when asked if we could be on the same floor they were great! I can’t recall their name but it was a nice African American girl that had blue nails at the time. Super helpful and friendly
