The staff was awful and made my stay the worse experience.

Everything you could get expect.

The location is great! Walkable to all things in Corktown which is a fantastic area. Loved that parking was gated but did not love the extra $10 per night for parking. The outdoor area was great with the fire pit and lots of seating. The rooms were small and looked more worn out than the age of the hotel. The walls were dirty from spills or other things and it did not smell fresh in the rooms. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and if your neighbor showered or flushed the toilet, you heard it all! The bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress felt like one of those cheap Amazon mattresses and the sheets were scratchy. Although we did not purchase anything, we did love that they had a 24/7 store! We got takeout for breakfast from the restaurant and it was not nearly worth the cost. I got the breakfast sandwich which was to be on an English muffin but was on basic sandwich bread. The staff was overall helpful and the bartender was awesome coming out to start the fire and converse.

Great stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Floor was gross, had to wear socks because there was hair and other unknown things. Rug under the bed was filthy and stained. Pictures on hotels.com were very deceiving. Great access to downtown, but wouldn't recommend.

Room was great. Free parking nice . Free shuttle to/from Tigers game great , however we didn’t use it, but it was one reason we booked here. Only difficulty was finding where to park in the garage. Didn’t know where the hotel entrance was and th me signs were vague in the parking garage

I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.
