I had no idea about a amenities charge added to my stay because I went thru a third party, i.e. Expedia. I realize I didn't see those charges would be added, and definitely would have went another route when booking my stay in Las Vegas! I don't travel much and getting charged $170.00 for amenities that I never used, nor did I know about them at all is atrocious! The shower barely got that hot with no water pressure. I'll probably never go back to Las Vegas, let alone Westgate Resort! It just would have been nice to know that these charges would be added before I even made a reservation! More BOLD print on the end of Expedia would be better!!! I ended up getting literally sick my last evening of my stay. Completely unsatisfied!!!

Hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills, decent prices, great A/C,super convenient location if you don't have a car, otherwise get ready to pay 50dls a night for parking. There are a few options but demands a lot of attention to your car.

We only stayed overnight for a company event. We appreciated the clean and quiet room. We were not able to try any restaurants while we were there. But the fitness room was clean and very useful. Great view of pool area.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Stayed here for two nights. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the strip. Everything else is ehhh. Our first room the AC didn’t work, the new room the safe didn’t work. Not many food choices, an ok food court. The pool is closed for the foreseeable future so you have to go next door to Paris to go swimming. If you’re looking for something right in the middle of the strip it’s an ok choice.

Communication from the host via hotels.com was unusable. At check in they photographed my DL (which I don’t care for) and required a large deposit be placed on my credit card or pay a smaller non-refundable amount up front. I don’t care for hidden charges. Prior to checkout I received an email that stated that if not out by 11AM they would charge an additional substantial amount. Their communication is couched in friendliness, but I didn’t get that impression in reality.
