Great location, good sized room, friendly staff

The location was great, good food and beautiful property.

Check in requires an app which we were not made aware of booking via Expedia. If it were not for another guest letting us know I don’t know how we would have got in. Calls and messages to Mansley are still unanswered. Expedia and Mansley need to communicate better. Get the Mansley app before going! There is no help on site. Nice apartment with great location.

The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. They really cared about our stay and that we have a great experience.

Just on the outskirts of downtonw and right on the river. Fantastic location to walk the town.

I would look to avoid this hotel on a future visit. It is run down and fallen into the hands of an owner who is clearly skimping on costs. Understaffed with a poor food and beverage service. Food was served lukewarm and the lines need cleaning with the beer tasting off. Staff appeared to be provided with little support from management.
