There wasn't a bathtub drain plug, and sink plug leaked so you had to keep water running to shave. Parking lot is very dark and has a serious drop off on one end. All and all better than average for Northern Trans Canada

Close to restaurants and shops. It would rate better if breakfast was more appealing and the rooms a/c was updated.

King Room was spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a problem setting up tv. Instructions seemed to be wrong. However, staff fixed the issue within 5 minutes of our call. Although the hotel is fairly basic, the staff makes up for it. To the person, they are pleasant and extremely helpful.

Location convenient to get into Sudbury without having to stay in the city. Great diner just around corner (A&L diner) offered amazing breakfast and home cooked dinner. The Inn had very dated exterior and hallways but room has been updated and was very clean.

Bed was ok, looks like a few things had been fixed but not well
