I called to tell them that I was going to have a late check-in several times without any help because nobody at the reception desk picked up the phone. asked for towels twice, never received them.

The experience my husband and I had was amazing. Since we got there the staff was nice and very helpful. The view omg just couldn't get enough it was definitely a dream. We went to Cello and Las Rocas Grill and Bar and the food was excellent. But of course we all don't have the same taste buds. It was worth it we would definitely go back one day.

I made my reservation thru expedia for 3 days, which per them my creditcard was charged. So I was asure i had a room reserved. I couldn't get there on the day of the reservation due to an emergency. I called the hotel and I explained my situation they said no problem but we need to change you card for this missing day which I agreed. I showed the next day and they said my reservas canceled because I didn't show. I told her I called and the guy I spoked to said it was OK. Long story short, I couldn't get my room back because it was already reserved by someone else and they didn't have anymore rooms available. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I traveled from California to Acapulco and I end up with no place to stay. Horrible service both this mishol bodas hotel & expedia.
