I wanted to write a review for the staff that worked on 9.13.2026. The morning staff, from the valet guy who I had great football banter with and showed me to the front desk to the front desk staff, was just AMAZING and KIND. Coming from a 9 hour car ride from Baltimore, they accommodated us. Property was chic and perfectly maintained. Terrance King room had an excellent view with a balcony. Had robes that fit both me and my 6’3 boyfriend. Will def stay again!

This was one of the fanciest hotels we've stayed at this summer during drum corps season. We decided to splurge and stay downtown so we wouldn't have to drive back and forth between the hotel and Lucas Oil Stadium daily, especially if we were enjoying a few drinks throughout the day. The valet was excellent and one of the best experiences about the hotel. The service at the restaurant was the worst, even if the food was good. If we stay here again, we'd go elsewhere for breakfast. The room itself was vast and spacious but not as clean as we would've liked.

The smell of this building cannot be described. Cat pee, human pee, cigarette smoke, weed, mold all rolled into one. There are people seemingly living in the parking lot in their vehicles. If I had not been extremely tired after driving 600 miles, I would not have kept my reservation. Staff was lovely and friendly, but the building itself, my goodness.

Customer service was ok for some of the staff members not bad just a little dry not really personable, but overall good
