The property was under construction and we were not notified ahead of time. Construction workers walking loudly through the halls and machines running at 5 am. Sawdust etc all over the place and my girlfriend has asthma. No offer to waive resort fees or provide any compensation. Bed was comfortable though.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from 5/24/25 to 5/25/25, itinerary #73114576798638. During my stay, I experienced a significant issue due to construction work taking place in the lobby that was not properly communicated to guests. I found that the upon of arrival. Specifically, there was a major construction project with extensive dust and noise, which was not disclosed at any point during the booking process. The resulting dust and fumes caused me considerable discomfort and I believe contributed to an illness I developed shortly after my stay. I was expecting a comfortable and safe stay, and the lack of communication regarding the construction was unacceptable. The dust and fumes in the lobby were so severe that it was impossible to avoid being affected. I request that you consider a partial refund for my stay as compensation for the inconvenience and health issues caused by the undisclosed construction. The room was pretty nice. It has a good view the one that we book, but it was under the construction and unfortunately, we did not have a good stay because you have to wait for longer to get the reception registration and plans it was under the construction, but the room and it is walkable to everywhere.

They are undergoing major construction the Casino floor is half gone 40th birthday ruined. The staff was nice but it’s not like it was cheap and everything is hectic when you have construction workers everywhere and machines going and they charge you a resort fee for what I don’t understand the resort is half gone

Remodel made the stay there a disaster. Tv barely worked . Only two channels worked. Parking garage exit gate wouldn’t let you out. You had to call the office for them to open it. They should have let you know it was under remodel when you booked your stay .

Upon our arrival we noticed that the entire hotel was under construction, and at no time prior to our arrival were we told that the hotel was being remodeled. In addition I paid hotel fee’s on the initial reservation, and was charged additional hotel fee’s upon our arrival. I was also charged for self parking, and that fee was never disclosed ahead of time so we will never stay here again.
