Lovely hotel

Actual bed and sofa-come-bed both were equally uncomfortable.. We had someone else parked at our spot even though reserved.. No housekeeping for 2 days stay. I am not sure if it's usual for a loft as it was our first time experience.

The room I got was supposed to be two beds instead I got a one bed which I have to believe is a smaller room.It was also next to ping pong table and close to linen closet.Fortunately I was up early but if I wanted to sleep in a little it would have been a problem.

Meaningful improvement (for us) to a standard hotel room. Small kitchenette, balcony, & sitting area made it feel like a suite! Great staff on site. Only weird thing was that they texted me prior to check in requesting details I’d already provided through Hotels.com. Messages were legit, they were just a bit of a surprise. With so many scams out there, I proceeded with caution.

Room was nice and clean. Was upgraded which was nice. Perfect to take the metro.
