The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta
Carpet had wet spots, sheets had stains, waited two hrs for room service, had to call back bc they forgotten. Took multiple calls for them to answer in a time frame of 45 mins. Valet or any staff didn’t offer a bells man to help with bags. Reg was 35 mins to check in. Over charge for everything.
