Beautiful property with friendly staff and clean room. The only reason I removed a star was for the forgetfulness of housekeeping: did not replace paper cups one day, then completely skipped the room another day. I would stay here again.

It was okay but TWICE on a Saturday morning 5, and 7 am the fire alarm went off. no apologies or explanation from the staff just well, it happens. Funny thing was I stayed there about 25 years ago and the same thing happened! so I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Excellent property located next to the Emory University Campus. Parking is affordable and painless, especially for here in ATL! Breakfast was stellar and kept us full well into each day. Buffet style with pancakes, waffles, and omelets made to order. Even with an active health convention at the hotel, there were no delays or changes in the quality of service given to us by staff. The hotel is tucked away in a wooded area, so it is very quiet. About 8 min from Piedmont park! We stayed for Shaky Knees Music Festival and it was very easy to hop in an uber and head to the park. Pros: -Ultra accessible hotel! I loved having a shower chair available even in a room that wasn’t marked “accessible” -rooms located on ground floor for wheelchair access -very close to Emory hospital facilities for patient access -filling breakfast buffet -beautiful interiors Cons: -slow WiFi for streaming -fitted sheet would not stay on the bed!! The sheets are not deep enough and I have seen other guests comment about this here on Expedia. Please get some linens that match the quality of everything else :)

Loud room doors closing all night long. Old candy on floor by bed left by a previous guest. It wasn’t made clear when booked that there was also a $40 a night hold for incidentals, neither was the $15 a night parking, which they held another $94 for $45 parking, (3 nights)
