My parking space was fine. I wasn’t SMART ENOUGH for the SMART TV. VISIBLE STAFF were OUTSTANDING!!! Communications & Instructions via TEXT were EXCELLENT. Very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely beautiful and quaint place. Clean and classy. The room and decor was so tastefully done. Cozy night sleep on a plush bed. I got there after hours. Being able check in to hotel and room via code was absolutely perfect and seamless!!

Sleepless night

Beautiful property... terribly upkept rooms. The bed was advertised as a king bed, it was a full size bed at best and was so sunken in it was practically touching the floor. I had to sleep on the couch. The room had an odor, it was poorly laid out, the blinds had a gaping hole in them exposing a fire escape that anyone could've climbed up on to peer in on us, the bathroom had no floor mat, tiny towels, refillable shampoo and conditioner bottles that seemed to be just water, there were hair and stains on the bedding, and a lot of other little things that just made the stay more and more awful. I have stayed here once prior and I thought it was so nice I wanted to come back. This experience was nothing like the first time.

Room size and amenities lacking.

We were impressed by the beautiful spacious lobby and spacious hallways; however, the room was not spacious. We reserved a family suite; and I'm not sure how a family could function. There was a double bed and a bunk with a double on the bottom; so sleeping was not a problem. There was no seating and no surfaces to place a laptop or have a snack. There was a de-humidifier running that started beeping loudly at 2:00 AM. We wanted to go in the spacious foyer to have our coffee because there was nowhere to sit in the room; however, there was only 1 chair offered near our room. This place was clean and had a lot of potential, but we were not comfortable.

Everything! The property was as pictured online. The room was clean. The common area was the same. The staff was friendly & helpful on the phone. The check in was easy. Parking was plentiful. The only drawback was the traffic noise at night because the room was on the main street. I will definitely stay here again!

Definitely has potential to be five star. Very clean, beautifully restored and maintained and felt safe and secure. Bed was nicely appointed and comfortable. Temperature easily and well maintained. I was reluctant to use a hotel with no on site personnel. It was a great experience. Absolutely better than the cursory front desk personnel. Kept us up to date on any info and instantly responded to one brief inquiry. Kitchenette sparse with no condiments like salt and pepper, drying or hand towels, towels, paper towels, glasses, knives. There was plenty of coffee and sweetener and creamer. We were in room 209, a king premier suite, and the WiFi and internet were terrible. If you need to work you will want to see if a different room works better. Though there is no onsite parking there was plenty of free parking nearby with no issues. Definitely would stay again.
