The staff was very nice, breakfast was good and they kept a watch on to replace any items that needed. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

Holiday Inn & Suites Lake City by IHG
Parking did not feel safe. Went and purchased steering wheel lock for my vehicle. Approached in the parking lot by a homeless person wanting money. Elevator was out of order on our side and no carts available for luggage.

Bed was comfortable, that’s the only positive to this hotel. Entire property is in need of repair and cleaning. Room had dog or cat hair all over the bed & couch. Food on floor, candy wrappers in closet.

If you just need a place to rest on a road trip, this is perfect. The property is dated, but clean and well-kept, and has a certain sense of nostalgia. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Staff is very friendly.
