Liked location on beach. Did not like the very slow elevator, shared with the cleaning bins and staff. Liked the restaurant food.Did not like the short restaurant hours as it did not open till 8am.

We stay here same time every year !! Never disappointed ,the staff are always soo nice. Shout out to Rex !! He went above ,and beyond. We look forward to next year !!!

The staffs are friendly and professional. The room is clean and the parking is convenient. The communication is super smooth and easy. Will definitely come back again : )

The hotel was clean and the front desk and dining staff were very helpful. However, most of the hotel is original, dating back to the 90's. The second time I stayed there in a month, I was upgraded to a renovated room, so that was nicer. Note: There are no Smart TV's, only cable available, no USB outlets, ( they have extensions cords in several outlets) and the pillows were chippy foam. If you like that kind of pillow, or aren't fussy, then you'll be ok. There is a very old school coffee pot, and no tea available. The dining room does server nice meals, there's an awesome scotch bar, and lots of British decor, so you'll feel like you're staying in a British Hotel. The windows actually open and it's very quiet. Better than staying downtown though at a nicer or newer hotel.
