I stay a whole week and half and never got room service when I ask. Sinks were clog and bed sheets were dirty I had to wash them myself.

Booked thought Expedia...cancelled my reservations the day before I was to fly out and check in. Only gave me one choice for replacement stay and it was way sub par in comparison. And honestly should have gotten money back as the 2 properties were not comparable value. Will never attempt to book there again,very disappointed.

Great place to stay---beautiful setting---nice pool. Bed was comfortable---towels smelled fresh. In the room were snacks and bottles of water. Can't get over how nice it was---will stay again!!!!

Room was nice but, there was no phone in the room, but it sure had instructions on how to make outside calls using the keypad. Also There was no pad on the ironing board, and only 2 hangers in the closet. Nice mugs with coffee pot but no coffee or tea to go with it. Parking in garage is difficult as there is no access to or from the hotel; only from the street. Staff was very nice.
