Great place to stay in a good area

Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund

Staff was very helpful. Property was well maintained. Breakfast and bar were amazing!

Las habitaciones son increibles, recientemente recicladas con un confort y un diseño único. La piscina es muy bonita, pese a no haber podido entrar. La zona no es sencilla para caminar o conseguir algo para comer. El resto de las instalaciones del hotel son super básicas: el business center, el gimnasio y la recepción. Internet no ha funcionado del todo bien. El horario del gimnasio es a partir de las 8 (algo raro) y el horario del desayuno es a partir de las 7:30 (también raro para los horarios comerciales de Guadalajara.

The hotel itself is very old. It has no elevator, but the location is nice. U can basically walk to many attractions within the central historical area. The beds in our room are in the small side. And the TV wouldn’t work at all. If u are on a budget, this is definitely a good place to stay.

Amazing, check-in was effortless and I walked into a spotless room! Loved my stay here on a major road packed with restaurants and venues; it felt like such a safe and vibrant area of GDL! 5 stars for the staff who were so kind and super efficient. Air conditioning is super strong and quickly adjusts to your settings. There is a really nifty coworking space with patio and snacks that is only 190 pesos a day! No mosquitoes in my room (many airbnbs in Mexico have this issue..) The provided shampoo bottles are absolutely tiny however, so if needed bring your own - definitely bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I found it slightly annoying that they only provided one floor and body towel, it would be nice to have a smaller face towel as well. You must ask for a hair dryer at the front desk, but that's not really an issue for me. However these are only small nitpicks, i absolutely loved my room and would stay here again!

Muy buenas tardes Me pareció excelente el espacio Tuvimos una noche que no pudimos dormir bien por escándalo de una familia con niños que hasta deshoras estuvieron jugando gritando El sofá de la sala cojines huelen muy feo como que alguien duerme ahi No pudomos activar Internet También por ventanas de sala por debajo se metieron algunos animales como una avispa la sacamos a terraza y se volvía a meter aun la puerta de vidrio cerrada
